Zachary B.
Production manager | Jacksonville territory
People First. Details Always.
For Zachary, one of the best signs of a job well done is hearing a homeowner compliment the crew that made it happen.
As a Production Manager in Jacksonville, Zachary works closely with Shark’s installers in the field, helping ensure projects are completed correctly, crews maintain Shark’s standards, and customers receive the experience they were promised.
Zachary has been with Shark Coatings since 2022. Before joining the company, he worked with granite and in the printing industry, bringing hands-on experience into a role that now keeps him closely connected to Shark’s installation process.
About
Being in the field is where Zachary likes to be. He enjoys checking in with his installers, reinforcing good work habits, and making sure the details of each project meet Shark standards.
But some of his proudest moments come directly from customers. When a homeowner goes out of their way to compliment an installer or rave about their experience, Zachary knows his team has done more than install a great coating. They have represented Shark the way he wants them to.
His goal is for customers to feel good about the entire process and confident that they chose the right team to deliver their project.
