Zach H.
Production Manaer | Tampa Territory
People First. Details Always.
For Zach, a great installation comes down to the details: straight lines, flawless floors, a clean jobsite, and a customer who feels taken care of throughout the entire process.
As a Production Manager, Zach helps keep Shark Coatings’ day-to-day operations running smoothly. He supports installation crews in the field, helps solve problems as they arise, and works to make sure every customer receives the Shark experience from beginning to end.
Zach has been with Shark Coatings since 2022. Before joining the team, he traveled up and down the East Coast installing commercial refrigerator and freezer doors, giving him plenty of experience working with his hands long before he entered the concrete coatings industry.
About
One of the things Zach enjoys most about his role is that no two days are exactly the same. Every project brings a different space, a different customer, and sometimes a different challenge to solve. He enjoys interacting with homeowners and helping turn what they envisioned for their concrete into a finished space they can actually enjoy.
When it comes to the work itself, Zach is all about the details. He takes pride in clean installations, straight lines, flawless finishes, and leaving a project looking the way it should when the crew is finished.
More than anything, Zach wants customers to feel comfortable with the people working on their home. His goal is to build reliability, comfort, and trust throughout the process, so homeowners can feel confident in both the team and the finished product.

FUN FACT
Zach is a big kid at heart. When he’s with his kids, you’re just as likely to find him riding a scooter, jumping into the Gaga ball pit, or playing a game of manhunt as you are watching from the sidelines.
Quality Work. Honest People.
We show up. We communicate. We care about the details.
That’s the Shark Coatings difference.
