As VP of Finance & Accounting, Tommy helps Shark Coatings understand how the company is performing, where money is being made and spent, and how that information can help the team make better decisions. His role gives him a view across the business and helps ensure Shark has the information needed to keep moving in the right direction.
Tommy joined Shark Coatings in 2026, bringing with him financial leadership experience across the home services industry, including roofing and HVAC. That background gave him an understanding not only of finance, but also of the many moving pieces that have to work together to create a successful home service company.
