Shannon C.
Scheduling Manager | Headquarters
People First. Details Always.
For many Shark Coatings customers, Shannon is one of the very first people they meet, and that’s exactly how she likes it.
As Scheduling Manager, Shannon oversees the scheduling team, coordinates our Shark Specialists’ schedules and daily communication, and helps customers take that first step toward transforming their concrete spaces. Whether she’s answering an incoming call or reaching out after an online inquiry, her goal is to make scheduling feel easy, helpful, and even a little exciting.
Shive yearsannon has been part of the Shark Coatings team since 2021. She started as a Scheduler before growing into her current leadership role, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. That background, along with a natural love of connecting with people, made customer service a perfect fit.
About
What Shannon enjoys most is getting to know customers beyond just an appointment on the calendar. She takes pride in creating a great first impression, learning what they’re hoping to accomplish, and getting them excited to meet their Shark Specialist. When the project is finished, she loves seeing the transformations that started with that first conversation.
For Shannon, the best customer experience is one that feels personal from beginning to end. She wants every homeowner to feel taken care of during the scheduling process and, by the end of their project, like they’ve become a little part of the Shark family.
A Quote I Live By
