As one of Shark Coatings’ Production Managers serving the Tampa area, Michael helps keep each project moving smoothly from start to finish. He oversees the day-to-day operations of his installation crews, making sure jobs stay on track, expectations are clear, and crews have what they need to work safely and efficiently.
Michael has been with Shark Coatings since 2025. Before joining the team, he spent 13 years as an Operations Manager with Saddle Creek Logistics and later started his own real estate flipping business. That combination of operations experience and hands-on project management translates naturally into what he does today.
About
What Michael enjoys most about his role is the people. He appreciates the different interactions he has each day, from working with installers to connecting with customers throughout the Tampa area. He takes particular pride in time management, communication, and making sure customer expectations align with what needs to happen in the field. His goal is to help his crews produce the best possible work while keeping projects efficient and customers informed.
At the end of a project, Michael wants customers to be excited about their new space and impressed by both the finished product and the professionalism of the Shark Coatings installers who made it happen.
