Mack C.
Production manager | West Palm Beach territory
People First. Details Always.
For Mack, a successful project is about more than a great-looking floor. It is about seeing a smile on the customer’s face when the job is done.
As a Production Manager in West Palm Beach, Mack oversees daily projects, helping make sure installations run smoothly, quality stays high, and customers have an experience they feel good about from start to finish. His role also helps support the continued growth of Shark Coatings in South Florida.
Mack has been with Shark Coatings since 2022. Before joining the company, he was a chef, a career where consistency, attention to detail, and delivering a quality finished product mattered every day. Those same standards have followed him into production.
About
What Mack enjoys most is seeing the customer’s reaction to the finished project. He takes pride in delivering a smooth experience along with a quality coating, because to him, both pieces matter. The finished floor should look great, but the process of getting there should feel just as good.
At the end of a project, Mack wants customers to feel more than satisfied with the result. He wants them to feel genuinely happy they chose Shark Coatings and confident they made the right decision.
