Joe has a name for the experience he wants every Shark Coatings customer to receive: the “Shark Trifecta.”
That means unparalleled service, proprietary products, and a company track record customers can trust. As a Team Lead, Joe works to bring all three together while helping homeowners understand their options and supporting the team members responsible for delivering that experience.
Joe has been with Shark Coatings since 2023 and came to the company with a background in operations management and sales. Today, his role allows him to combine both, working directly with customers while also mentoring and coaching members of the Shark team to help them continue to grow and excel.

One of Joe’s favorite parts of the job comes at the end of a project. He loves seeing customers react after their concrete has been completely transformed. For him, those moments are a reminder that the experience is about more than the coating itself.
Joe takes a lot of pride in customer satisfaction and results. His goal is for every homeowner to have an outstanding experience, beginning with a knowledgeable first visit and continuing through installation and beyond.
