James H.
Production manager | Orlando territory
People First. Details Always.
Production rarely comes with a perfectly predictable day, and that is exactly what James likes about it.
As a Production Manager in Orlando, James helps lead production in the territory, supporting crews and helping make sure projects move smoothly from installation through completion.
James has been with Shark Coatings since 2021. Before joining the company, he worked in marine construction, bringing a hands-on background into his role at Shark.
About
The spontaneity of production is one of his favorite parts of the job. Different crews, projects, and challenges mean there is always something new to handle, and James takes particular pride in leadership when navigating all of those moving pieces.
At the end of the day, he wants customers to feel comfortable throughout their project. His goal is for the Shark experience to feel smooth and reassuring, with a team homeowners can trust to guide the project along the way.
