Production manager | Orlando territory
People First. Details Always.

As a Production Manager in Orlando, Jacob helps keep the territory operating efficiently while supporting crews, solving problems in the field, and making sure customers receive the full Shark experience.

About
That background made problem-solving a familiar part of the job long before he came to Shark. Today, it is still one of the things he enjoys most, along with watching a territory grow and seeing crews develop into the best versions of themselves.
Jacob takes pride in both sides of production: creating an efficient operation behind the scenes and making sure the customer is happy on the other side of it.
He wants homeowners to experience transparency and great communication throughout their project, then be amazed when they finally see the finished transformation.
