As Shark Coatings grows into new markets, Harrison helps make sure the people leading those locations are ready for what comes next.
As Director of Expansion, Harrison plays a key role in helping new Shark locations get started and supporting the production leaders responsible for carrying Shark’s standards into each market. His favorite part of the job is training new Production Managers, especially because many of them have grown into leadership roles from within Shark’s own installation teams.
Harrison has been with Shark Coatings since 2022. Before joining the company, he worked for a custom home builder in the Jacksonville Beach area, giving him a strong background in construction and an appreciation for the details that go into doing a job the right way.

For Harrison, growth is not just about opening another location. It is about making sure every new team understands what the Shark experience should look like. That means strong communication from the moment an estimate is scheduled, a knowledgeable sales professional, and a clean, professional installation crew that brings a great attitude to the job.
His goal is simple: he wants every customer to be impressed by the entire process, not just the finished floor.
