Doug describes himself as Shark Coatings’ behind-the-scenes guy, and that is a pretty accurate description.

As Warehouse Manager, he handles everything from tracking inventory to fixing equipment and making sure Shark’s crews have what they need to complete their jobs. When something breaks, goes missing, or needs to be figured out, there is a good chance Doug is somewhere in the solution.

Doug has been with Shark Coatings since 2025. Before joining the team, he managed multiple restaurants, bringing with him plenty of experience handling fast-moving environments where people depend on each other to get the job done.

About

The relationships he has built with Shark’s teams are one of his favorite parts of the role. Doug wants crews to know that he will do whatever he can to help them get their jobs completed.

He takes particular pride in fixing Shark’s machines, which is fitting for someone whose approach seems to be that if something goes wrong, there is probably a way to figure it out.

Although much of Doug’s work happens away from the customer, it supports the crews and projects customers do see. His hope is that all of those pieces contribute to an experience homeowners remember from start to finish.
