Chris C.
Production Manager | Jacksonville
People First. Details Always.
Chris has been part of Shark Coatings since day one. As one of the company’s first installers, he has had a front-row seat to Shark’s growth, while staying close to the part of the job he enjoys most: being in the field and seeing a project come together.
Today, as Production Manager, Chris oversees the day-to-day operations of active installations, including scheduling, installation support, and customer service. He works closely with our installation crews to solve challenges that come up on the job and help keep projects moving. He also performs quality inspections on completed pool projects and follows up with customers about their experience.
Long before Shark Coatings, Chris was already building his expertise in the industry. He owned and operated a successful residential and commercial painting and coatings company for 15 years. That experience gives him an eye for the details that can make the difference between simply finishing a project and finishing it right.
About
Pool projects are where Chris’s competitive side really comes out. No two pools are exactly alike, and each one brings a different set of challenges to solve. He takes a lot of pride in working through those hurdles and seeing the finished space come together. Even better is getting to see or hear the homeowner’s reaction when they see the transformation for the first time.
After years in the industry, that reaction still matters to him. Chris wants customers to feel comfortable throughout the process and to know they have a team behind them that genuinely cares about both their experience and the finished product.
