Camron R.
Production manager | Fort Myers territory
People First. Details Always.
Camron started with Shark Coatings right out of high school. Since then, he has grown from learning the work himself to helping lead the crews responsible for delivering it.
As a Production Manager in Fort Myers, Camron oversees crews and projects, helps keep day-to-day production running smoothly, and works to make sure customers receive the best experience Shark has to offer.
Camron has been with Shark Coatings since 2020. That means much of what he knows about the coatings industry has been learned from the ground up at Shark, giving him firsthand experience with the work his crews perform every day.
About
He still enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a floor completely transformed, but his role now goes beyond the finished coating. Keeping customers happy, supporting his peers, and making sure the details are handled correctly are all part of what he takes pride in.
For Camron, a great customer experience comes down to good communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and making sure homeowners get answers to their questions throughout the process.
