Brandon B.

Production manager | Tampa territory

People First. Details Always.

Brandon knows what a great Shark Coatings installation should look like because he spent his first chapter with the company doing the work himself.

As a Production Manager for Shark Coatings’ Fort Myers location, Brandon oversees the day-to-day operations of his installation crews, helping make sure projects stay on track, teams have what they need, and customers receive the level of quality and service they expect from Shark.

Brandon has been with Shark Coatings since 2025, beginning as an installer before stepping into production leadership. His background goes well beyond concrete coatings. Before Shark, he worked as a heavy diesel mechanic, welder, and in construction. He also proudly served four years in the U.S. Army in Field Artillery.

About

That hands-on experience has shaped the kind of leader Brandon wants to be. He values hard work and consistency, but he also believes there is always something new to learn. As an installer, he enjoyed working alongside different crews and leaders, traveling to different jobs, and picking up knowledge along the way. Now, he has the opportunity to take what he has learned and use it to support the crews he leads.

Brandon takes a lot of pride in seeing hard work pay off, especially when a homeowner sees their finished space for the first time. Whether it is taking a worn garage and making it feel new again or transforming a pool deck into a space a family wants to spend time in, that reaction is still one of his favorite parts of the job.

As a Production Manager, his goal is to make sure the experience leading up to that moment is just as good. Brandon wants customers to feel like their project was stress-free, efficient, and worth the investment, with a team they could count on throughout the process.
