Allan J.
General Manager | Headquarters
People First. Details Always.
As General Manager, Allan has a hand in nearly every part of Shark Coatings, but the part of the job he enjoys most is developing the people around him.
Allan has been with Shark Coatings since the begining. Before joining the team, he worked as an over-the-road electrician, bringing with him a background where precision, problem-solving, and attention to detail mattered every day.
Today, he uses those same qualities on a much larger scale. Allan works across departments to help ensure Shark is operating at the highest level possible. While results matter, he believes one of the best ways to achieve them is by investing in people. He especially enjoys motivating young managers and installers, helping them develop their talents, build confidence, and reach their potential.
About
The details matter to Allan, too. He takes pride in looking beyond whether something simply got done and focusing on whether it was done to the standard Shark customers should expect.
Ultimately, Allan wants every homeowner to see that level of care for themselves. From their first interaction with Shark through their completed project, his goal is for customers to walk away feeling like they received the complete five-star Shark experience.
A Quote I Live By

– Winston Churchill
